Teens love their clothes and accessories, but this cluttered closet made for a bad fashion statement! By weeding out clothes that no longer fit or were "out of style", and eliminating unused hangers that took up space, we were able to organize everything in this fashionista's style collection.

Classic Closet Intervention
Closets are the perfect hiding place for all those things we can't find a place for. In no time at all they can get out of control.
Once the doors are closed the mess is out of sight, but you're still going out of your mind!
In just three short hours, this space was cleared, items were sorted into "Keep" and "Donate" piles, and a newly organized space was realized!

How could anyone be productive in a space this chaotic?
This over furnished, paper littered office became an "every space", a dumping ground for everything in the home that didn't have it's own space.
By removing clutter, assigning a space for files, electronics, office supplies, books, manuals and memorabilia, this dysfunctional space quickly became a home office worthy of an open door policy!

Unusually shaped rooms can be a challenge. This master closet was dysfunctional from the start. With wire shelving and hanging modules, this big area had very little practical space for anything.
As you know there are many custom closet systems out there. They just cost an arm and a leg.
By being creative with an unusually shaped area, and working with a contractor who understood my vision, we were able to create a cost effective and amazingly functional master closet that utilizes the entire space.

To reduce the clutter on counters, I implemented this easy filing solution that accommodates each member of my family.
Instead of dropping important papers on the counter, everything goes into the appropriate family member's basket. No need to go searching high and low for important papers, bills, school assignments or receipts.
Making a habit of reviewing your personal basket once a week helps keep the clutter off the counter and manageable.

I have some beautiful pieces of jewelry, but I end up wearing the same basic pieces day after day. If I can't see what I have, I forget about it, and don't have time to go searching through draws and boxes to find just the right match for every outfit.
This simple jewelry organizer puts every piece at my finger tips, and the best part - it doesn't take up the shelf space that a traditional bulky jewelry box does.
I was able to hang every necklace I own so I can see them and use them. On the opposite side, I have see through pockets for charms, earrings, bracelets, and watches.
I still have those everyday items in a convenient place. This great Brighton jewelry stand takes up very little room on my shelf while displaying my items so I can find them at a glance.
