This type of organizer comes in lots of other colors, including more stylish designs and patterns. Just make sure if you choose one that is not see-through, that the pockets are low enough to see what the brochure is, but is still tall enough to hold them securely.
You can hang it over a door, or if you don't have a door, use Command removable wall hooks by 3M and hang it by the eyelets.
